Shipping Policy

Where We Ship:
We currently ship to all 50 domestic U.S. states.

Estimated Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days prior to shipment. Processing time may vary during holidays or high-volume sales events. Please note that "Shipping Speed" (e.g., Next Day Air) refers to the time in transit after the carrier picks up the package.

Shipping Methods Offered:
We offer the following shipping options. Final rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and handling costs.
- Economy Shipping: Estimated 5–8 business days
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–4 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated 2–4 business days
- Carrier Calculated: USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority) & UPS (Ground, Next Day Air) rates are available at checkout.

Supplement Fulfillment & Split Shipping:
To ensure optimal freshness, Ripkitty-branded supplements are fulfilled from a dedicated specialty facility.

If your order contains both supplements and standard merchandise, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Due to separate fulfillment, separate shipping costs may calculate at checkout.

Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Order Cancellation:
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Ripkitty is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after they have been scanned as "Received" or "Delivered" by the carrier.

Shipping Insurance: We highly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout. This coverage applies to items physically damaged during transit. It does not cover theft after delivery.

Refunds on Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of carrier delays. Exceptions are made only in the event of an internal fulfillment error.
